For Schools, SConnect is a mobile and web application that runs on Wi-Fi/GPRS enabled devices (Mobile/PC or Tablet) and supports location based tracking, Information and data sharing under one umbrella. SConnect is a secure instant Information sharing solution for schools to provide timely information to parents, teachers and other stakeholders to ensures the safety of the children.
The SConnect web application is used by the school administration to perform ERP tasks which include- creating Syllabuses, Timetables, attendance reports, Fees structures, the list of holidays and so on. The web app is also used to create users of the mobile app, assign roles to them- parents, teachers, caretakers etc., and add them into groups- classes, routes etc. Once a user is created from the web app, the User ID and password can be forwarded to the concerned individual, who has to download the Android App from the Google Play Store and log in using the supplied credentials. The user is then given access to all the features according to his/her role.
